Nobu InterContinental Hong Kong has launched donburi lunches which will run until the end of September. Amid the yummy raw fish and other ingredients you’ll spot the odd egg… these three are the smoked chicken and tamago donburi, the sutamina donburi (maguro, ika and nato) and the iwashi sashimi and chirimen jako donburi.
