Recipe: Scrambled Eggs with Tomato

Another quick and easy dish that screams yums.

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, or handful of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 onion
  • 4 large eggs, cream and butter

Instructions

  1. Slice onion and sautee onions till golden brown.
  2. Add diced tomatoes.
  3. While the tomatoes are cooking, quickly beat the eggs and add a dash of cream and butter.
  4. Scramble eggs, the runnier the better!
