Eggzample: Singapore Chilli Crab

Notes from Singapore: Jumbo Seafood Restaurant’s epic chilli crab, a key part of its success being the use of egg scrambled into the curry sauce. Conclusion? Eggs make EVERYTHING better. I want to take a swim in this with my mouth open; glug, glug, glug. And the viscosity of the sauce would probably mean a pretty good workout, too.
